How I Can Help
Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety or stress or just feel overwhelmed? I understand that opening up to a stranger can be scary and I commend you for taking the step to seek help to begin working through those challenges. I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced early childhood trauma due to foster care/adoption, abandonment, loss, and self-identity.
I provide a client-centered approach to therapy. We will work collaboratively to develop healthy coping skills and self-care techniques. I will provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and safe place for you to feel heard.

Individual Therapy
No two people are the same. That’s why the approach that I take in my services is highly-personalized and refined to fit the exact needs of my clients. I will help you recognize your underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and help you adjust to a new, healthier lifestyle.
Couples & Family Therapy
We will work collaboratively to understand the family dynamics, improve communication, and develop and maintain healthy boundaries.
Teen Therapy
Your teen will learn coping skills and cognitive behavioral techniques when experiencing life struggles, such as stress, anxiety, depression, or loss.
