Do you accept insurance?
My goal is to offer affordable counseling services starting at $100 per session. During our free phone consultation we can discuss your session fee.
What should I prepare for my initial consultation?
The initial consultation is a 10-15 minute phone call to understand what brings you to therapy now and to ask questions, such as the counselor session fee or understanding the counselor approach to therapy. The initial consultation is not an actual therapy session.
Our phone consultation will be a brief conversation to allow me to learn about you and understand what you are looking to get out of therapy. During this consultation I encourage you to also ask any questions you may have. Our initial consultation will allow both you and I to determine if we would be a great fit.
What type of clients do you serve?
I provide virtual and in-person counseling services for teens age 13+, adults, and couples.
